This is a lined winter costume for men. The outer textile was made of silk and cotton while the lining was made of pongee. The checkered patterns were woven in yellow, brown, and orange on a blue textile, and small YOKOGASURI (weft ikat) were woven in deep blue. Silk was used for the warp of the textile and the weft of the checkered pattern. Cotton was used for the blue textile and the ikat.
